1. Safety Management (PSM & Occupational Safety)
Lead and manage PSM elements (PHA/HAZOP, MOC, PSSR, Incident Investigation).
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and lead incident investigations with root cause analysis.
Manage PPE and work permit systems; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Serve on the Emergency Response Team and organize drills and tabletop exercises.
Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching and visible leadership.
2. Environmental Compliance
Ensure compliance with air, water, and waste permits and regulations.
Manage environmental reporting and waste management programs.
Monitor environmental performance metrics and lead water/wastewater treatment operations.
3. Management Systems & Training
Maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
Develop and deliver EHS and PSM-related training for employees and contractors.
Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in EHS and Process Safety Management (PSM) within manufacturing or chemical industries.
Strong knowledge of PSM elements (PHA/HAZOP, MOC, PSSR, Incident Investigation).
Familiar with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.
Hands-on experience with environmental compliance (Air, Water, Waste) and waste management.
Proven leadership in safety culture development and emergency response.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Certified Safety Professional Course equivalent preferred.
