We are looking for a passionate and experienced Web & Mobile Development Application Team Leader to join our team and drive the development of high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web and mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Project Management:Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Technical Oversight:Provide technical guidance and support, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope. Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, implementing best practices and innovative solutions. Performance Monitoring:Analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal resource allocation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7-8 years of experience in web and mobile application development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proven experience in a leadership role, managing diverse teams and driving project success. Proficiency in PHP and popular frameworks (e.g.,Codeigniter, Laravel), as well as front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android) using frameworks like React Native or Flutter. Strong understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API development. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Location : Pune (Hadapsar)
