Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based applications using frameworks such as Actix Web and Substrate.
• Architect scalable solutions with microservices patterns, including CQRS, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, and Service Discovery.
• Contribute to blockchain and DeFi integrations with protocols like Aave and Polygon, and develop smart contracts in Solidity.
• Work on backend systems with multi-language integration (Java, C++, JavaScript) for reliable software solutions.
• Develop and optimize messaging pipelines using Kafka and caching systems like Redis.
• Manage and optimize databases including SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS.
• Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, applying Git-based version control and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure code quality, conduct performance tuning, and troubleshoot production-level issues.
• Stay up to date with developments in the Rust ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and cloud-native computing.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT software development experience, with at least 4+ years in Rust.
• Proficiency in Rust, Java, C++, JavaScript, and Solidity.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and distributed system patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of databases: SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS.
• Familiarity with blockchain/DeFi protocols such as Aave and Polygon.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and high-performance systems.
• Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring Boot, Actix Web, and Substrate.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Git-based version control.
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in financial services, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Anaconda, Excel) for performance monitoring.
