Tune scheduler, interrupt handling, memory management, and I/O subsystems for target hardware platforms. Validate performance under various workloads (interactive, background, thermal stress) and ensure consistent behavior. Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to align software performance with platform power and thermal constraints. Automate performance regression testing and define KPIs to track across software releases. Investigate and resolve thermal throttling, CPU/GPU frequency scaling, and battery drain issues in coordination with power and thermal teams.
