Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced RSOT F&B Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory management and stock control.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in all food and beverage services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in food and beverage operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
