RSM - Specialty chemicals

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RSM / BDM to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for Specialty chemicals & Solvents specifically targeting Paint and Coatings, Printing ink and related manufacturers.

1) Looking for a candidate who is willing to take on challenging responsibilities in the specialty chemicals division, including developing the business from scratch, understanding market demand, identifying suitable products, targeting customers, generating orders, and driving sales targets and revenue growth.

2) Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals. Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, OEM customers, and project clients. Conduct competitor analysis and implement timely counter-strategies.

3) The candidate shall visit customers, deliver technical presentations, perform product demonstrations, review customer feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction, and resolve escalations related to product performance or service issues.

4) Take complete responsibility for the P&L of the Specialty Chemicals division, ensuring profit growth through effective cost management and revenue enhancement. Present monthly / quarterly performance reviews and strategic plans to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.

2) More than 5 years of experience in B2B sales;

3) Strong knowledge of industrial chemicals, solvents, and specialty chemicals used in paint and coating formulations.

4) Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

5) Proficient in MS Office and internet usage.

6) High moral standards and respect for the companys values and mission.
