What Youll Do
RPA & Agentic Automation Development
- Architect, develop, and deploy robust automation solutions using
Automation Anywhere
and complementary agentic technologies (e.g., LLMs, orchestration tools). - Leverage
agentic frameworks
to design intelligent, adaptive workflows that go beyond deterministic automation. - Optimize automation performance through modular design, reusable components, and intelligent exception handling.
- Maintain and enhance bots based on evolving business needs, including integration with cloud platforms and internal APIs.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and audit teams to ensure automations meet
compliance and ITGC
standards.
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Own delivery for automation workstreams, including
sprint planning
, status tracking, and stakeholder updates. - Partner with Business Technology, vendor teams (e.g., Automation Anywhere), and Finance stakeholders to
resolve blockers
, align priorities, and accelerate deployment. - Proactively manage tickets and issues (internal and external), ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Track key KPIs (e.g., hours saved, bot stability, success rate) to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership by setting automation best practices, guiding solution architecture, and managing & mentoring junior developers.
- Champion
automation best practices
, drive engineering excellence through peer reviews, design oversight, and fostering a culture of documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the automation team.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years
of experience in RPA development, with demonstrated success delivering automations in enterprise environments.2+ years
of experience in a technical lead or delivery/program manager role.- Solid hands-on experience with
Automation Anywhere
(v360 or later); familiarity with agentic automation frameworks
is a strong plus. - Experience with
API integration
, OAuth
, and working across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, RevPro, and G-Suite. - Strong understanding of
bot lifecycle management
, including design, testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Experience working with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. - Effective communicator with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and delivery accountability.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, efficient automation solutions.
- Advanced certifications in Automation Anywhere or related RPA platforms.
- Experience with
agentic architectures
, LangChain/LangGraph, or intelligent agent orchestration tools. - Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Exposure to agile frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Prior experience automating
Finance and Accounting
processes such as order-to-cash, reconciliations, or accruals.
