Job Description

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality products. With 8 to 11 years of experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to oversee the technical aspects of projects and mentor junior team members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols in all engineering activities.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the engineering team.
Domain knowledge of Finance and Accounting will be helpful, but not a mandatory requirement.
Experience in maintaining multiple distributed systems with a high degree of complexity.
