Required/Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation

OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation.

OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical experience in network design, development, and automation.
-
4+ years of experience in the networking Industry or large-scale data center network.
-
1+ years experience working with L2/L3 switching platforms, application networking and network protocols like BGP, ISIS, MPLS, OSPF, VRRP, LACP, Traffic Engineering
Knowledge of Datacenter Design (Control plane & Data Plane) & Operations -
1+ years experience working in large scale data center/cloud environment with an understanding of passive components (UTP Cabling, Optical cabling).

1+ years experience in one or more programming languages: C++, Java, Python, Perl.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Proficient negotiation skills and conflict management skills.
