Senior Project Manager


Key Responsibilities


  • End-to-End Ownership

    : Drive the complete lifecycle of robotics projects, from

    concept, requirement analysis, and system design

    to

    prototyping, testing, and commercial deployment

    .


  • Technical Leadership

    : Provide

    architecture-level guidance

    and ensure cross-disciplinary engineering decisions align with system requirements and performance standards.


  • Strategic Planning

    : Define

    roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocations

    , ensuring efficient use of talent and materials across projects.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    : Lead and synchronize Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, and ROS teams to achieve seamless

    system-level integration

    .


  • Risk & Issue Management

    : Anticipate potential technical and delivery risks, implement

    mitigation strategies

    , and drive resolution of critical issues.


  • Process & Standards Compliance

    : Establish and enforce

    design, coding, testing, and safety standards

    relevant to robotics systems.


  • Documentation & Reporting

    : Ensure all project documentation (system specifications, BOMs, wiring diagrams, CAD, firmware, ROS nodes, test cases, compliance reports) is

    comprehensive and continuously updated

    .


  • Stakeholder Communication

    : Act as the

    primary point of contact

    between engineering teams, management, vendors, and clients. Present

    technical reviews, milestone updates, and executive-level reports

    .


  • Mentorship & Team Building

    : Train, mentor, and inspire engineering teams;

    promote knowledge sharing

    and enforce best practices.


  • Quality Assurance

    : Ensure all deliverables undergo rigorous

    validation, testing, and field trials

    before deployment.


  • Multi-Project Management

    : Handle

    parallel robotics development projects

    , balancing priorities without compromising on delivery or quality.
