Robotics Engineer

osition Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Robotics Engineer – Automation to design, develop, and implement robotic and automation systems that streamline production processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure precision in manufacturing. The role requires expertise in integrating robotics with automation technologies such as PLCs, sensors, and vision systems to deliver end-to-end automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robotic automation systems for industrial/manufacturing applications.
• Program, configure, and integrate industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc.) with automation equipment.
• Develop control strategies using PLC, SCADA, and HMI for seamless automation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and proof-of-concept for automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) for system integration.
• Implement machine vision, AI, and sensor-based automation for enhanced accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize robotic systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (ISO, CE, OSHA) and industry regulations.
• Prepare detailed documentation, training materials, and technical support for end users.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in robotics and Industry 4.0 automation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in robotics, industrial automation, and mechatronics.
• Proficiency in robot programming (C/C++, Python, ROS, RAPID, KRL, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
• Knowledge of motion control, actuators, sensors, and vision systems.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and system simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead automation projects and work in a collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹20,841.23 - ₹47,816.05 per month
