Job Description

Job Summary: The Fixture Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of fixtures used in the manufacturing process. The role ensures all fixtures are kept in optimal working condition to support production efficiency and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on fixtures. Troubleshoot and repair worn or damaged fixture components (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic). Calibrate and align fixtures to meet production and quality requirements. Maintain accurate records of fixture repairs, replacements, and modifications. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure fixture performance meets process requirements. Assist in the design and fabrication of new or modified fixtures as required. Ensure proper storage and handling of all tools and fixtures. Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures during maintenance activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending fixture design improvements. Work with CNC, welding, and grinding teams if fixture modification or fabrication is needed.
