Job Summary:

We are a leading manufacturer of SPM machines and industrial automation solutions. We are looking for an experienced Robotic Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in industrial robots, automation systems, and integration with SPM machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial robots (ABB / Fanuc / KUKA / Yaskawa, Mitsubishi or similar).
Robot programming using teach pendant and offline programming tools.
Integration of robots with
SPM machines, fixtures, EOAT, vision systems, and safety systems
.
Development of robotic applications such as welding, pick & place, assembly, machine loading/unloading, palletizing, etc.
Integration with PLC systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred).
Debugging, testing, and optimization of robotic cycle time.
Shop-floor trials, FAT, SAT, and customer support.
Site installation and commissioning at customer locations.
Preparation of technical documentation, backups, and SOPs.
Coordination with mechanical and electrical design teams.
Ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

BE / BTech / Diploma in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field.
5–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics and automation.
Strong knowledge of robot controllers and programming logic.
Experience in
SPM machine-based automation projects
.
Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, actuators, servo systems.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently on shop floor and at site.
Willingness to travel for commissioning and service activities Local as well as abroad.
