Job Summary : Wissen Technology is hiring an experienced RMG professional to manage and productively engage bench resources until they are actively assigned to projects. The primary objective of this role is to reduce infant attrition through continuous engagement and strategic resource management. 

Experience: 9 - 12 Years 

Location:  Bangalore 

Mode of Work:  Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Engage with bench employees to reduce infant attrition through structured programs and communication.  
  

• Liaise with business units and trainers to assign productive work to bench resources. 
  

• Conduct daily scrums or similar engagement programs to maintain momentum. 
  

• Collect and share feedback from bench employees with internal RMG teams and stakeholders (HR, business). 
  

• Allocate resources (freshers and experienced) to suitable projects based on skill alignment. 
  

• Understand employee skill sets and match them with project requirements.  
  

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to support project execution. 
  

• Promote internal career growth through initiatives like Internal Job Postings (IJPs). 
  

• Provide training and interview opportunities to bench employees. 
  

• Track global resource demand and report fulfillment metrics to stakeholders.  
  

• Develop strategies to build internal pipelines for niche skills and reduce billing loss by improving hiring SLAs. 
  

Qualifications and Required Skills: 

• Preferably from a technical background. 
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  

• Proven experience in resource management, bench engagement, and talent development. 
  

• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, business, and delivery teams. 
  

• Experience in forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning. 
  

Good to Have Skills: 

• Prior experience in IT services or product-based companies. 
  

• Exposure to agile methodologies and scrum practices. 
  

• Familiarity with internal mobility and talent development frameworks.
