Summary:The Learning Operations Specialist for SAP ILT is accountable for ensuring seamless execution of learning operations for SAP Instructor-led training programs. The role entails managing end-to-end learning administration, process optimization, and learner support to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity. This position plays a pivotal role in sustaining compliance, enhancing learner experience, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, and other internal and external teams. Roles & Responsibilities:?¢Maintain course catalogs, session schedules, and content availability for SAP ILTs.?¢Administer registration and enrollment workflows to ensure accurate learner participation records.?¢Align automated and manual communication workflows, including learner notifications for enrollment, reminders, and cancellations, as per changes and updates. ?¢Generate and analyze operational reports covering enrollment, attendance, completion, and learner feedback metrics.?¢Manage and resolve learner queries related to payment discrepancies, cancellations, and refund processing.?¢Collaborate with HR, L&D, Finance, and IT teams to address cross-functional dependencies impacting learning delivery and operations.?¢Validate learner data integrity, course prerequisites, and enrollment accuracy to uphold compliance and reporting standards.?¢Coordinate dissemination of operational updates, scheduling changes, and system instructions to relevant stakeholders.?¢Oversee support ticket queues, escalating technical issues to IT or platform partners as necessary.?¢Maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure accuracy of documentation for all learning operational processes.?¢Support process improvement initiatives leveraging learner feedback and operational analytics.?¢Monitor and track service-level agreements (SLAs), escalating delays or performance deviations.?¢Ensure compliance with global data privacy, accessibility, and audit requirements governing learning operations.?¢Participate in governance forums, operational reviews, and continuous improvement discussions. Experience in Learning Operations, Learning Administration, or LMS systems management.?¢Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Learning Ecosystem is essential?¢Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.?¢Ability to utilize various learning management systems and tools effectively.?¢Experience in assessing training needs and developing tailored learning solutions.
