Job Description

The Relationship Manager (RM) will play a crucial role in our Sky Channel-global Indian Service department, specifically focusing on the Global Indian Service. This role involves managing and responding to customer inquiries and concerns through email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. The RM will be the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
Prior experience in a customer service or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or ficial industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Outlook for email management.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of emails efficiently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A positive and customer-centric attitude.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes.
Any relevant certifications or training in customer service will be an advantage.
Handle high volumes of customer emails, ensuring prompt responses within agreed SLAs.
Accurately understand and address customer queries, providing clear and concise information.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams or managers.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized and efficient support.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Document and track customer interactions, maintaining a comprehensive record.
Identify and report any potential risks or issues to the management team.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
