Y/N Team Size Grade AVP and above Business Two - Wheeler Department Wheels Sub - Department Location PAN INDIA About TW product: The product has been incepted for business in 2018 .The TW product is a low ticket size but a highy selling product in market. It falls under the Wheels Business bucket. TW vehicles are categorized basis cc. There is a bifurcated categorization under this product. About the Role Why does the role exist?To help effectively coordinate and manage the TW product as a whole What is its contribution towards the organization?Effectively managing product scheme , features and the know-hows/channels & the development of the overall product What is the size of the operation the position manages and supports? Key Responsibilities 1. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities 2. Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom-line delivery 3. Responsible for Product Development, Portfolio Management and Analysis 4. Responsible for designing and launching new products and streamlining existing processes to increase new customer acquisition 5. Design and launch contests and schemes for employees and Channel Partners 6. Design promotional campaigns and other tactical strategies to enhance top line in a short span of time 7. Monitor pricing, revenue generation, product management, new product development, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion and long term business planning 8. Design and execute national level promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase brand awareness 9. Drive Insurance cross-sell through sales team and manage relationship with Insurance partners for specific business requirements 10. Measure channel wise employee wise target achievements 11. Calculate and process incentives for the team 12. Understand impact of contest and other sales promotion activities on business numbers 13. Database management 14.Maintaining relationship with stakeholders / Business development and market development 15. Development of Non core product sales opportunity through process change 16. Tracking and managing fee generation/customer book and WIRR of the Product Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Education : Post Graduate Experience : 15 + years of Experience in the relevant field of handling product role Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge TW market research and awareness, customer base study Skills Excellent communication skills, sales relationship management, analytical skills, great team player, proactive Good interpersonal skills Abilities Ability to manage a complete team Ability to create and execute business scenarios Ability to work independently and handle tasks Ability to work under pressure High sales orientation for process streamlining
