RL - Consumer: Business Portfolio Manager - Personal Loan

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team as a Business Portfolio Manager in the Retail Lending department, focusing on Personal Loans The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Develop and manage the business portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals
• Conceptualize and implement strategic plans to drive top-line growth and bottom-line delivery
• Design and launch contests and schemes for employees to enhance sales performance
• Monitor pricing, revenue generation, programs, and portfolio performance, including budgetary and expansion planning
• Streamline and redefine processes, closely monitoring various stakeholders for timely updates
• Measure channel-wise employee-wise target achievements and ensure sales-driven self-sales training is met

• Graduation from Mumbai University
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in sales and marketing
• Possess good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate strong Excel and database manipulation skills, along with ficial and statistical analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrate coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty in a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies to penetrate new accounts
