About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage

  UHNI clients (net worth above 5 crore)

  and offer tailored investment solutions.
• Manage direct client relationships for

  wealth creation through PMS, AIF, and other wealth products

  .
• Build and grow AUM by developing long-term relationships with promoters, CXOs, and family offices.
• Analyze client portfolios and recommend strategies based on market trends and risk profiles.
• Ensure consistent

  revenue generation and AUM growth

  through proactive client engagement.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline

• Experience:

  Minimum 15 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory

• Certifications (Preferred):

  AMFI / IRDA

• Industry Background:

  Private Wealth NBFCs or Banks where wealth is the core business focus

Key Requirements / Screening Parameters

• Minimum

  5 years in current or previous role

  in Private Wealth Management

• Customer management

  role with direct relationship handling Experience managing

  CXO-level or Promoter UHNI clients

  with ticket sizes of 525 Cr
• Currently managing a

  book size of at least 100 Cr

  (AUM) please mention your current AUM in your profile
• Strong understanding of

  Private Banking, Family Offices, HNI/UHNI segments, PMS, and AIF
