Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Revenue Assurance and Audit Lead is responsible for executing revenue assurance activities, including audits, data analysis, and compliance monitoring, ensuring accurate revenue collection and operational efficiency. The role involves identifying and addressing revenue leakages, implementing cost optimization measures, and supporting the Head in driving sustainable and transparent processes across road asset management operations.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    1. Revenue Management Execute traffic data analysis, including daily trends, vehicle composition, and potential revenue leakages. Implement strategies for revenue enhancement and cost control as per established guidelines. Conduct site-level evaluations to ensure adherence to revenue collection processes and identify improvement areas. Assist in preparing detailed reports on revenue trends for management. 2. Audit Execution and Compliance Perform routine and surprise audits of toll operations to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance. Support quarterly internal audits by gathering data, preparing audit documentation, and coordinating with site teams. Ensure site-level adherence to regulatory changes by updating processes and training operational staff. Assist in developing and implementing audit recommendations for operational improvements. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting Collect and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and detailed MIS reports for senior management. Track and report key revenue metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission. Support the preparation of compliance reports related to traffic and revenue for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a database of audit findings and corrective actions to monitor progress and impact. 4. Operational Efficiency Oversee day-to-day operational tasks related to revenue assurance at sites, ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate with the site operations team to resolve issues related to toll operations and revenue leakages. Ensure timely implementation of technology-based surveillance and monitoring systems. Monitor adherence to service levels and escalate issues requiring strategic intervention to the Head.     Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance, MBA (Finance) - Professional courses like CA/CFA would be desirable Work Experience (Range of years): 10+ years of relevant experience Preferred Industry: - Infrastructure
