Experience · 2+ years of experience in customer retention, customer service, or sales · 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role Job Description Manage a team of retention executives to reduce churn rate and improve customer satisfaction Implement company retention strategies to reduce churn rate Address complex customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights Record and report customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement customer retention campaigns and promotions Provide regular reports on retention metrics and progress to management Effective training and providing guidance to the retention team to achieve performance goals Others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights Knowledge of customer retention strategies and tactics Experience in the broadband industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software Job Summary A Retention Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of retention executives to reduce churn rate by ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and developing retention strategies. He/She will work closely with the customer support, marketing team to identify and resolve customer issues, upsell and cross-sell customers to drive revenue growth, and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights. He/She will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to the retention team to achieve targeted performance objectives of the company.
