Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retention Manager located in Faridabad. The Retention Manager will be responsible for developing and executing customer retention strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Key tasks include analyzing customer data, identifying patterns to minimize churn, and creating personalized strategies to increase loyalty. The Retention Manager will also oversee customer interactions, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.

• Strong expertise in Customer Retention and Retention Strategies
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating customer data and identifying trends
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and support users
• Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to enhance customer loyalty
• Proven experience in developing data-driven retention programs
• Familiarity with health or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
