Job description Role & responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for Sales & Distribution function for our range of product for assigned territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highway: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient. The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for assigned territory. The major responsibility includes sales planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, WD & Territory Management, Product Promotion, New Product Launches, Achievement of sales targets etc. The candidate will be also responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. S/he is required to track and analyse competitors activities and suggest countermeasures from time to time. Their success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share. Preferred candidate profile The candidate should be first class graduate in any discipline with full time & two years post graduation in management or first class graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology. They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience. The age should not be more than 28 years. The candidates having knowledge of local language need only apply.

The job involves driving field-level market development activities to promote fertilizer products, support sales, and enhance farmer awareness through various initiatives such as farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and awareness programs. You will be responsible for promoting products through engagement with agri-dealers and retailers, providing technical advisory and crop solutions to farmers, collecting field insights and competitor intelligence, as well as supporting the sales team in lead generation and achieving targets. The ideal candidate should be a graduate in agriculture or possess a Diploma in Agriculture with 2-5 years of experience in agrochemicals & fertilizers sales and marketing operations. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
