Sales Manager - Channel Sales - Construction Chemicals

We are seeking a dynamic and driven mid-level sales professional to oversee and expand the dealer/distributor network for our Construction Chemicals Division. Your responsibilities will include developing channel partnerships, driving product sales through influencer engagement, planning marketing activities, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth operations. Previous experience in the construction chemicals industry is highly beneficial. You will be responsible for developing partnerships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned territories, driving sales of products such as tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, and putty, and implementing marketing and promotion activities to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, you will work closely with supply chain, product, and finance teams, monitor competitor activities, evaluate team and distributor performance, and participate in retail activations and training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate or Diploma qualification, with a preference for a background in Civil or Chemical studies. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is considered a plus. You should have 5-12 years of experience in channel sales, particularly in the Construction Chemicals industry, along with strong market development and dealer relationship skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Joining Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt.
