Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Salary Range: 8-10 LPA + Incentives About the Role We are looking for a highly articulate and sales-savvy Assistant Manager – Experience Centre to drive meaningful customer engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for art, interior styles, an understanding of the art and design space. The ability to translate client needs into relevant Brand offerings, ranging from artworks and lighting to customized pieces is crucial. Key Responsibilities: Business Development – Consultative sales to result in conversations and achieve monthly sales targets Engage walk-in clients, understand their design sensibilities and project requirements. Recommend suitable artworks, décor, and lighting solutions from the EC or suggest custom commissions. Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers and end clients Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure smooth EC operations Coordinate with design and production teams for project updates, samples and timelines Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports for internal review Contribute to curated walkthroughs, EC events, and client presentations Be an active voice in internal reviews and brainstorming sessions. Champion Brand's core values of innovation, craftsmanship, and contextual design. Support a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and artistic exploration. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–4 years of experience in high-end retail, interior products, or the art/design industry Strong communication and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling Understanding of interior design styles and ability to match client briefs with Brand's collections Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets Experience in dealing with HNI clients, designers, or project leads is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and showroom operations A passion for Indian arts, culture, and handcrafted design
