Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and retail operations, and will be responsible for driving store profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently. Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost sales. Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards are met. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with the sales and supply chain team for smooth operations. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present them to management. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in store or retail management. Proven track record in sales and target achievement. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and basic retail management systems. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
