Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead operations at our Invent’re retail outlet in Ashoka One Mall, Kukatpally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for store operations, sales performance, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication, retail management, and people-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets through effective customer engagement and team performance.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and product display to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Supervise and train store staff, ensuring excellent customer service and operational discipline.
  • Coordinate with the central warehouse and category teams for timely deliveries and stock updates.
  • Handle billing, cash management, and reporting activities accurately.
  • Monitor and report store performance metrics, including sales, footfall, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure store premises meet hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities within the store to increase footfall and conversions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Retail/Operations preferred).
  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel, school merchandise, or consumer goods.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory, billing, and POS systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail software tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
