Job Summary: The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting. This role ensures financial accuracy and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks) Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Support audits by providing necessary documents and clarifications Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial matters Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) Prepare reports like cash flow statements, expense reports, and balance sheets as required
