Job Summary

Wildfox Business Advocacy is looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Specialist with strong expertise in retail management and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing retail operations, improving sales performance, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of retail processes, customer behavior, and store performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth business functioning
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, revenue, and customer experience
• Monitor store performance, KPIs, and sales targets
• Analyze retail data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive business results
• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and SOPs
• Manage inventory planning, stock movement, and loss prevention
• Train, guide, and support store staff to enhance productivity and service quality
• Prepare reports and present insights to management

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following domains is mandatory:
• Business Administration
• Retail Management
• Commerce
• Marketing
• MBA / Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field will be an added advantage

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, store operations, or business management
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer experience management
• Experience in handling sales targets, KPIs, and store performance metrics
• Good knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination
• Ability to analyze business and retail performance reports
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a business-oriented approach

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in multi-store or chain retail operations
• Knowledge of retail analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of merchandising and visual display standards
• Exposure to modern retail, e-commerce, or omni-channel retail models
