Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Specialist, located in Bhopal. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, managing retail sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include greeting customers, answering queries, providing product recommendations, and managing transactions.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales experience and strong Product Knowledge
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Relevant experience in retail or a related field is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or customer service are an advantage
