Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Role)

E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations

  • Manage product listings, catalogs, pricing, and promotions across leading marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, etc.).
  • Optimize visibility and sales through SEO, keyword strategy, and platform-specific campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, returns) and prepare weekly reports.

Omni-Channel Retail Strategy

  • Build synergy between

    online stores, quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.), and offline multi-brand outlets

    .
  • Develop customer engagement strategies that create a consistent brand experience across channels.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate technology into

    retail store experiences

    (smart trial rooms, virtual fitting guides, loyalty programs).

Technology & Process Automation

  • Leverage tech tools for

    inventory management, order tracking, CRM, and analytics

    .
  • Implement automation in cataloging, customer service, and reporting for efficiency.
  • Work with IT and development teams to build custom retail dashboards, mobile app features, and e-commerce tools.

Fashion & Consumer Insights

  • Stay updated with lingerie, sleepwear, and activewear trends globally.
  • Work with design and merchandising teams to align collections with consumer preferences.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify gaps in the market for product innovation.

Marketing & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for

    digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media activations

  • Develop tie-ups with

    associations, fashion communities, and retail networks

    for visibility and expansion.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, styling guides) to position the brand as a category thought leader.

Business Growth & Expansion

  • Drive P&L responsibility for online & offline retail channels.
  • Develop new revenue models (subscriptions, lingerie styling services, retail memberships).
  • Explore

    global sourcing and export opportunities

    for scaling lingerie retail business.

Required Skill Set

  • Education:

    IT / Computer Science / Tech graduate with exposure to

    business or retail management

    preferred.
  • Experience:

    35 years in

    marketplace e-commerce / omni-channel retail

    (experience in lingerie, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus).
  • Technical Knowledge:

    Strong in

    Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, Inventory Management Software, Marketplace Dashboards

    .
  • Retail Understanding:

    Knowledge of

    online retail, quick commerce, and offline multi-brand retail ecosystems

    .
  • Fashion & Consumer Knowledge:

    Keen interest in lingerie and intimate wear as a fashion category.

Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into strategy.
