Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Retail Specialist to join our on-site team in Nagpur. In this role, you will assist customers by providing exceptional service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients with product selection, offering expert advice on interior materials and décor, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and achieving sales targets. A deep understanding of Frikly’s product offerings and commitment to customer service is key to this role.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills to recommend suitable products and achieve sales goals.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to assist clients effectively and ensure positive experiences.
• Strong Communication skills to interact and engage with customers professionally and clearly.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Nagpur.
• Previous experience in retail or interior materials is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
