You will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience to customers by greeting them and assisting in finding products and making purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will need to maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings, process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly. Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, collaborating with team members to meet sales goals, and keeping the store clean and organized are also part of your key responsibilities. Your qualifications should include having at least 1 year of inside sales experience, fluency in English, and the ability to work in Erode, Tamil Nadu in a full-time, permanent position. You should be available for day shifts and willing to work in person.
