Retail Salesperson

You will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring they have a welcoming experience. You will assist customers in finding products, making purchasing decisions, and maintaining knowledge of current promotions and product offerings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed neatly - Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally - Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals - Keeping the store clean and organized - Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages - Following company policies and procedures - Participating in training sessions and team meetings - Upselling and cross-selling products to increase sales The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience in inside sales. Fluency in English is preferred. The work location is in Erode, Tamil Nadu, and the preferred shift availability is day shift. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The compensation package includes a performance bonus.
