Field Service Engineer

On-site support: Traveling to customer locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Installation and maintenance: Setting up, installing, and maintaining equipment or systems, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving malfunctions or technical problems. Training: Providing instruction to customers on product usage and best practices. Customer communication: Interacting with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns. Reporting: Documenting service activities, issues, resolutions, and customer feedback. Collaboration: Working with internal teams (sales, engineering) and external vendors as needed.
