Retail Salesperson

SRM CHIPS To drive daily retail sales, maintain accurate stock and cash discipline, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure zero leakage at the shop level while representing the SRM Chips brand professionally.

Working Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

• Duty hours are as per shop operational requirements
• Shift rotation / weekly off will be provided as per company policy
• Attendance and punctuality are mandatory

1. Daily Sales Operations

• Handle counter sales and customer billing accurately
• Ensure proper weighing, packing, and pricing of products
• Explain product varieties, freshness, and offers to customers

2. Payment Handling

• Collect payments through Cash / UPI / Card as applicable
• Ensure 100% billing for every sale
• Maintain daily cash balance without shortage or excess
• Deposit cash as per company instruction

3. Daily Sales Reporting

• Submit daily sales report to Accountant / Management
• Share payment mode breakup (Cash / UPI / Bank)
• Report any mismatch immediately

4. Stock Handling (Shop Level)

• Receive stock from manufacturing unit and verify quantity & quality
• Maintain opening stock, sales stock, and closing stock
• Prevent damage, expiry, or pilferage
• Inform supervisor/accountant about low stock or fast-moving items

5. Stock Discipline

• No unauthorized stock transfer between shops
• No personal stock mixing

6. Shop Hygiene & Display

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the shop
• Ensure proper product display and FIFO method
• Follow company uniform and conduct rules

7. Customer Interaction

• Be polite, respectful, and professional at all times
• Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate when required
• Build repeat customers through trust and service

8. Discipline & Compliance

• Follow company SOPs strictly
• No credit sales without written approval
• No personal phone usage during billing hours
• Any cash/stock mismatch will be reviewed seriously

ACCOUNTABILITY NOTE (Important)Each salesperson is fully responsible for sales, stock, and cash handled during their duty shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
