As a Retail Salesperson at Saince, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our pharmacy team. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Providing product information and advice on OTC medications, supplements, and health products - Handling sales transactions accurately using POS systems - Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed neatly and correctly - Maintaining cleanliness and order in the sales area - Monitoring product expiration dates and reporting damaged or expired items - Answering customer questions or directing them to the pharmacist for specific medical advice - Supporting inventory control by checking and recording stock levels - Promoting store loyalty programs, promotions, or new products - Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Qualifications and Skills: - Graduate in any Degree - Ability to upsell and cross-sell - High school diploma or equivalent (some employers may prefer a certificate in retail or pharmacy assistance) - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (especially in a pharmacy or healthcare setting) - Basic knowledge of health products and OTC medications (training may be provided) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask Join Saince and be part of a team dedicated to providing quality services and products to our customers.,
