The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth by promoting our products and services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to meet sales targets.Key Responsibilities:• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, and other outreach methods. Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.• Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Provide product information, answer queries, and schedule meetings or calls to convert prospects into sales.• Sales Presentations & Demos: Present wooden Industry’s products and services to prospective clients via phone, email, and online meetings. Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the products to potential customers.• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales presentations and proposals. Provide support during negotiations, closing deals, and following up on sales inquiries.• Sales Reporting & Tracking: Maintain and update sales records in the CRM system, track customer interactions, and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts. Monitor performance against sales targets and KPIs.• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
