Retail Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and guide walk-in customers warmly and confidently. - Assist customers in frame selection based on facial structure, prescription, and lifestyle. - Accurately interpret and explain prescription powers and lens types such as Single Vision, Progressive, Blue Cut, and Photochromic. - Educate customers on refractive errors like myopia, hyperopia, presbyopia, and astigmatism. - Coordinate with optometrists and labs for order fulfillment and fitting. - Ensure proper visual display, stock arrangement, and follow-ups with customers. - Stay updated on new lens technologies and product innovations from brands like ZEISS, Essilor, and Crizal. - Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and in-store hygiene. Qualifications: Must-Have: - Basic to advanced knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame fitting. - Ability to read and explain prescriptions. - Fluent in Hindi/local language; basic English proficiency is preferred. - Possess a friendly, customer-first attitude with good communication skills.
