Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist located in Koch Bihar. The Retail Sales Specialist will engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable Apple products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, sharing in-depth product knowledge, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers in alignment with iTech’s commitment to quality service and expertise.

• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Interpersonal Skills to effectively connect with customers and meet sales goals.
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge to provide accurate advice and recommendations on Apple devices and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in retail, technology, or sales would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passion for technology and familiarity with Apple products and their ecosystem is preferred.
