Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Showroom Manager to lead our Ghaziabad showroom. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, team management, finance handling, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations of the EV showroom.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, test drives, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain proper documentation, daily reporting, and sales records.
• Oversee financial transactions including billing, invoicing, and petty cash.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing and service departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and showroom presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, automobile, or EV industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
