Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement at the counter.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Manage customer feedback, exchanges, and after-sales service efficiently.
Support inventory management and stock-taking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 0 - 2
years of experience
in
jewellery or fashion retail sales
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer handling abilities.
Basic computer and billing knowledge (POS system familiarity preferred).
Presentable, confident, and proactive approach toward sales.
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
