Job Summary: The Billing Executive is responsible for generating accurate customer bills, maintaining billing records, handling customer queries, coordinating with sales and accounts teams, and ensuring smooth billing operations. The role requires accuracy, good communication, and knowledge of basic accounting/GST. Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing & Invoicing * Generate bills/invoices accurately for customers. * Ensure correct entry of item details, quantity, discounts, taxes, and payment mode. * Verify product codes, pricing, and offers before creating bills. * Handle cash, card, UPI, or any digital payment billing smoothly. 2. Data Entry & Record Maintenance: * Update daily billing reports in system/excel. * Maintain records of invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts. * Assist in daily sales reconciliation. 3. Customer Service: * Provide billing-related support to customers. * Handle queries related to prices, offers, GST, or bill corrections. * Maintain polite and professional communication with customers. 4. Stock & Coordination: * Coordinate with sales and inventory team for product availability. * Inform concerned departments about billing errors or discrepancies. 5. Compliance: * Follow company policies while billing. * Ensure GST rules, pricing rules, and discount guidelines are followed. * Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data. Skills Required:** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication skills (Hindi/English as needed) * Basic knowledge of GST, pricing, and billing processes * Good Excel knowledge * Ability to handle customers and multitask Qualifications:** * Minimum: Graduate * Experience: 0–1 years in billing, cashier, accounts, or sales support role * Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
