Role Overview

As a Retail Sales / Fashion Consultant, you will be the face of the brand in our boutique, curating memorable experiences for our customers. You will combine a love for jewelry with a flair for styling, ensuring each client finds pieces that resonate with their individuality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience, guiding clients through personalized styling and jewelry consultation.
• Develop deep product knowledge and communicate the brand story with confidence and passion.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent customer service and proactive CRM (Client Relationship Management).
• Drive boutique sales by understanding client needs, upselling, and cross-selling pieces.
• Maintain boutique presentation standards – visual merchandising, product displays, and overall luxury aesthetics.
• Capture client data effectively and leverage CRM tools to track preferences, purchase history, and follow-ups.
• Support boutique events, exhibitions, and private appointments, enhancing client engagement.

Requirements

• Strong passion for jewelry, fashion, and styling.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Good command over CRM systems, clientele, and data management.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to work towards boutique targets.
• Flexibility to work boutique hours, weekends, and events.
