As a Sales Consultant for Premium Jewellery, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships in a premium retail environment. Your role will involve engaging with walk-in and digital leads, understanding customer needs, recommending jewellery pieces that match their style, and driving sales through personalized consultations, follow-ups, and strong product knowledge. Additionally, you will handle customer queries, orders, and service-related concerns with professionalism and empathy, while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets to ensure a premium customer experience. Maintaining accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities, as well as providing feedback to enhance store offerings and customer engagement, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with walk-in and digital leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable jewellery pieces - Drive sales through personalized consultations, follow-ups, and product knowledge - Handle customer queries, orders, and service-related concerns with professionalism - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience - Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities - Provide feedback to enhance store offerings and customer engagement Qualifications Required: - 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer support, preferably in jewellery retail, hospitality, or ecommerce - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills - Presentable personality with the ability to build trust and rapport - Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets In addition to your role, the company offers an attractive salary with a hike on your current CTC, performance incentives, opportunities to grow in the luxury jewellery sector, training and development for upskilling in premium customer engagement, and a supportive and collaborative team culture.
