Retail Sales Consultant

As a Sales Associate at our company, your role involves achieving sales targets consistently, developing new customers, and providing innovative suggestions to attract and retain customers. You will also be responsible for upselling accessories along with garments and promptly identifying non-moving stocks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding suitable products. - Demonstrating expertise on products, features, pricing, and promotions. - Making product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling to achieve sales targets. - Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Qualifications required for the role are: - Previous experience in sales or customer service roles will be advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
