Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving retail sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The consultant will also be tasked with maintaining product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to overall sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Retail Sales skills
• Customer Experience, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Educational qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
