The Delivery Coordinator ensures smooth and timely delivery of two-wheelers to customers. The role involves coordinating with the sales, service, and accounts teams to complete vehicle delivery formalities, ensuring proper documentation, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding dealership standards during the handover process. Key Responsibilities: Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers regarding vehicle delivery schedules and status. Ensure all customer requirements are met before delivery (number plate, accessories, insurance, etc.). Documentation: Verify and maintain all delivery-related documents such as invoice, insurance, registration, and customer ID proofs. Coordinate with the RTO/registration team for vehicle registration and number plate issuance. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Coordinate with the service department to ensure the vehicle is properly inspected and cleaned before delivery. Ensure all accessories and features are properly fitted and functional. Delivery Process: Conduct vehicle handover to customers, ensuring a smooth, ceremonial, and memorable delivery experience. Explain basic vehicle operations, warranty details, and service schedules to customers. Capture delivery photos and collect customer feedback. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with sales executives, accounts, and workshop staff to ensure seamless communication. Maintain daily delivery reports and update management on delivery status and pending cases. Customer Satisfaction: Handle post-delivery queries courteously. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and promote positive dealership reputation. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
