Retail Sales Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and creative Sales Consultant to lead our in-store team, drive customer engagement, and maximise sales. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive in-store and online sales through innovative marketing strategies
• Manage day-to-day retail operations, inventory planning, and visual merchandising
• Build partnerships with schools, clubs, academies, and local sports organizations
• Plan and execute sports events, tournaments, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve offerings
• Help Grow Athletes Choice’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Train and motivate retail staff to meet sales goals
• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, marketing results, and customer engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
