Role Overview We are looking for a driven and creative Sales Consultant to lead our in-store team, drive customer engagement, and maximise sales. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Drive in-store and online sales through innovative marketing strategies Manage day-to-day retail operations, inventory planning, and visual merchandising Build partnerships with schools, clubs, academies, and local sports organizations Plan and execute sports events, tournaments, and promotional campaigns Monitor customer feedback and market trends to continuously improve offerings Help Grow Athletes Choice’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Train and motivate retail staff to meet sales goals Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, marketing results, and customer engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Why would you consider yourself the ideal applicant for this role?
